The Site Welfare Company Limited (www.thesitewelfarecompany.co.uk), a specialised portable toilet hire and associated amenities specialist, is providing event portable toilets, showers and VIP facilities to The Forestry Commissions Live Music events.
Commencing 2011 through to the 2015 season of events, the contract involves 12 separate concerts across the UK the summer, the concerts are a huge logistical challenge that will involve each of The Site Welfare Company’s depot across the UK.
This is the first year The Site Welfare Company has been chosen as sole supplier of welfare facilities to the events, which includes events at Bedgebury Nation Pinetum, Cannock Chase, Dalby Forest, Delamere Forest, Sherwood Forest and Westonbirt Arboretum.
The Site Welfare Company takes the order centrally and then co-ordinates the delivery and collection across its network of depots, using pre-arrange specifications to ensure that toilets are delivered to the right place at the right time.
The Site Welfare Company provides a full range of portable toilets and welfare units to 100s of events every year. This year the company will be supplying The Noting Hill Carnival and Clapham Festival’s huge ‘South West Four Weekender’ event in August 2011.
